WindFire Designs Circle Tool is made for beautiful circles. Specifically designed for countless uses, it provides elegant and precise utility for every maker.
• Consecutive circle pairs yield reinforcements with margins scaled for sewing. Skip sizes to vary the proportions.
• Quickly center circles within circles using the outer perimeters.
• Low heat diffusion stainless steel keeps heat in the cutting tip for clean edges and rapid cuts.
• Ergonomic and stable, it stays right where it's placed. It leaves your work visible, with your fingers safe and out of the way.

Below we demonstrate how to make a reinforcement around a hole in fabric. When cutting with heat, we recommend cutting a synthetic material on a tempered glass surface. The red shown here is self-adhesive polyester with a paper backing.
|
We use either an industrial hot knife, or a simple 15w-45w soldering iron to cut almost any synthetic cloth or film. Here, we glide through the polyester, leaving paper backing uncut.

Place your circles precisely. Hot cut perfect circles from almost any synthetic cloth. Spray adhesive can be used to keep them in place.
|
Adjust your stitching to fit the margin and radially sew around the circle. If needed, use the WindFire Circle Tool to draw a pencil line showing the inner circle as a sewing guide.

| |
The inner size of each circle matches the outer perimeter of the next size down. The open design of the WindFire Circle Tool never leaves you blind. We even accounted for the offset of the cutting tip. Concentric alignment is fast and precise.
|
For wider margins, just jump another size down. Alignment is almost effortless. The ability to always cut on the inside of the circles means your edges are beautiful, while your work, and your fingers are protected. |

Rather than arbitrary numerical sizes based on metric or imperial units, the WindFire Designs Circle Tool uses a parametric rule set developed around studio utility. |
We looked at the largest and the smallest sizes and allowed the dimensions of the tool to form around its functions. |
