So Curtiss Mitchell comes up with the brilliant idea
to use the construction crane that was already working on downtown
Madison to hoist the spiral up over the capital building. It ended
up happenning. It was strange to see it up there. Load-in was easy
because we just put it on Curtiss's Volvo and hooked it to the crane.
