• If you have
a printer, please print and fill out our
Repair
Ticket. Please include the Repair Ticket with your kite.
If
you don't have a printer, make your own ticket with all the
same info on it.
• Please make sure that
your kite is clean (free of sand). This will save
us the trouble of removing the sand which must be done in order to
run your kite through our machines. If the kite is not clean,
it is okay, but you'll be charged an extra 20 minutes
for us to clean it.
• Please make sure
that your kite is packed in a box that will make the trip
here and back. Generally, the smaller the box, the cheaper
the shipping. Put scrap paper between the kite and where the
box might be cut open. We always use extreme care when opening
your box - but better safe than further damaged. Styrofoam peanuts
are not needed - and suck in general.
• Tip battens
can often be removed. Remove air from the bladders. Removing
the bladders themselves IS NOT necessary.
• We suggest shipping using a tracked
ground service. We gladly rush repairs - write
"Time Sensitive or Rush" on the outside of the box.
However, we only ship ground unless there is a rush on the repair.
